Thought is made in the mouth. We will embrace innovations in sustainability. We will change the way we work. We have no right to drag others into our river, we oblige no one to follow us and everybody practices his life in his own way. 🔊 Phone E.T. phone home.🔊 Get back When this is over will we simply turn the engines on and get back to destroying the planet?🔊 Just culture Just Culture is a concept related to systems thinking which emphasizes that mistakes are generally a product of faulty organizational cultures, rather than solely brought about by the person or persons directly involved. In a just culture, after an incident, the question asked is What went wrong? rather than Who caused the problem?. A just culture is the opposite of a blame culture. In a system of just culture, discipline is linked to inappropriate behavior, rather than harm.
